12-Year No Worry Guarantee

If your newly installed equipment malfunctions, it will be repaired at NO CHARGE for a period of 12 years from the date of installation. That's right, there is no charge for parts, labor, or diagnostics!

*Available on select units. Diagnostic fee is included 24/7 for first year. Year 2-12 diagnostic fee is included during regular business hours. Regular maintenance is required for full warranty coverage and system performance.

Our History

The Jackson Comfort story starts in the early 1920’s when J. W. Jackson started his own tinning (sheet metal) business in his Cleveland garage called J. W. Jackson Company. As his business grew, he began installing and servicing furnaces (air conditioners did not exist) and was known for his honesty, quality installations and repairs, and great customer service.

By the mid 1970’s, J. W. had retired, Paul (J. W.’s son) had taken over, and the business was moved to Twinsburg under the new name, Jackson Comfort Systems Inc. Paul’s sons, Mark and Gary, would soon join the business with their wives, Pat and Fonda, joining later. With the growing popularity and affordability of high efficiency furnaces and whole-house air conditioning, Jackson Comfort Services soon became the largest heating and cooling company in the area.

In the 1990’s, the company grew even more with the acquisition of XXth Century Furnace. A new building was custom built to accommodate the growth in Northfield Center that included a showroom, parts counter, and training room for technicians to stay up to date on the latest HVAC technology.

Today, Jackson Comfort Services is a fourth-generation family business and is still one of the largest heating and cooling companies in Northeast Ohio. But we have not outgrown our roots: providing honesty, quality installations and repairs, and great customer service!

If you’re not absolutely satisfied with any of our products or services, we’ll refund your payment.

The Jackson Comfort Promise

We promise that you will be 100% satisfied with the products and craftsmanship you receive from Jackson Comfort Services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your newly installed equipment, our level of service or the professionalism of our people within two (2) years of the date of installation, we will correct the problem to your satisfaction. If our efforts fall short of your expectations, we will remove the system within thirty (30) days of your request and refund you the entire contract price.

We promise to always respect you and your home. Our technicians will arrive on-time, dressed in a clean, professional uniform. They’ll wear shoe covers, use drop cloths and when finished, will leave your home cleaner than they found it.

Apples to Apples Guarantee

We guarantee that you will not find a comparable installation for less. If you do, we will match it. In fact, we’ll pay you $50! All we ask is to review the competitive proposal, in person, as well as be able to walk you step-by-step through the differences, if there are any.

100% Performance Guarantee

We guarantee the proper performance of every piece of equipment we install. Whether it’s a 0° or 90° day, we promise that you’ll experience no more than a 3-degree temperature variance at your thermostat as compared to your thermostat set point. If your home’s temperature is not properly maintained, we will make any necessary modifications at no charge to you. We guarantee performance for a period of five (5) years as long as your system is maintained annually by Jackson Comfort.

No Lemon Guarantee

In the event you experience a compressor or heat exchanger failure within 1 year of the system’s installation (up to 12 years on premium equipment). We will replace the defective unit with a brand new, current model, FREE of charge.

This guarantee is limited to qualifying equipment, annual maintenance performed by Jackson Comfort is required.
