As a contractor myself, I am probably one of the most critical clients another contractor will have. I’ve been a customer of Jackson Comfort for several years now. They are a first-rate company with first-rate employees. My salesman, Keith, started off by surveying the entire home and recalculated the requirements for our new HVAC system rather than just reading the nameplate on the old system and assuming that it was correct. (There are a lot of guys that will do that). I let Keith know what I wanted from my system and put together several options at different price points. Very detailed and straightforward information. No high-pressure sales. Jackson comfort promptly got us on their installation schedule. Our installation crew, Lorne, Brett, and Kevin, showed up on time and did a fantastic installation in one long day. Everything was clean when they finished. At the end of the installation they explained all of the features, thermostat, maintenance etc. If you are looking for a quality HVAC contractor give Jackson Comfort a call! Worth every penny!

Had a 21-year-old AC finally end up on its last leg. Called 4 places but no other place could offer the quality of the product and extended warranty for the price. We’re able to get scheduled for installation within a week when others were 2+ weeks out. Jordan and Max were great installers. Kept us updated as needed through the installation, answered any questions, and made sure to walk us through the new system and the work they did, and the routine maintenance item we could do ourselves. My repairman was prompt, friendly, efficient, quick, and honest. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need today. He made some recommendations for maintenance but, wasn't trying to push anything extra on me. The price for the diagnostic was very reasonable and the cost to fix my furnace was also reasonable. He was clearly very knowledgeable and he was quick at figuring out what was wrong and fixing it. Probably the biggest positive to me is the fact that I needed my furnace serviced today and they didn't charge me for an "emergency" call just because I needed a same day appointment. Most of the other places I called today were going to try to charge me more to come out because I needed a same day appointment. I am having issues with my hot water tank and I will definitely call them again to come out to fix that as well. I would highly recommend Jackson Comfort Services to anyone needing Heating, Cooling, or Plumbing services.

"Alex and his intern were absolutely phenomenal."

Alex and his intern (sorry I don't remember your name!) were absolutely phenomenal. They were on time and professional. We had a problem where our thermostat was turned on, but the air wouldn't come on. Right away, they got to problem-solving! Alex explained exactly what he was doing every step of the way. Once he fixed the issue, he even spent some time looking at a different problem we had and gave advice on that. They were very easygoing and did a great job making sure we had AC!

Ryan Dean came back out due to a simple problem. He was just as good as Pete. Friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He even mentioned something to me about the crawl space I wouldn’t have known and suggested getting it checked out. Seeing as they had just been out this was a no charge appointment.

Both technicians explained everything in detail. I really appreciated this.

I was very happy with the work done to my heating system. My house is old and uses Steam Heat/Boiler/Radiators. I have 1 radiator in my house that hasn't seemed to work in probably 10 years. This year our other radiators just didn't seem like they were doing their job. I'd have to crank the thermostat up to 74 to get the chill out of our house. My husband contacted Jackson Comfort Services to have our system looked at. Pete came out and assessed our system. He determined that we needed a couple of parts replaced. He came out a couple of days later with Dean to install the new parts and to bring our system back to life. Pete and Dean were very professional. They did a great job of explaining things to me so I could relay the information to my husband. Our 1 radiator that has not worked in 10yrs was brought back to life and as a result started leaking (ie: No water was reaching it before, and now water was reaching it). They were quick to find the leak and stop it. When finished with the job Pete went over everything they did. Overall we were VERY HAPPY with the service we received. We signed up for the yearly maintenance. We will definitely recommend Jackson Comfort Services to others.

We had the privilege of having Jackson Comfort systems come out because our entire system failed after a big thunderstorm. We decided to get a few quotes and fortunately, this company is the authorized Lennox dealer for Costco. So not only do you get exemplary service, surge protection and UV air purification as a default of your install, you also get the Costco 2% (executive members) cash back and cash card bonus.

Jackson Comfort sent out Chris, our sales associate who helped us tailor what services we needed for our 106 year old house with it's 28 year old HVAC+furnace to be replaced. He was respectful, informative, and was there for us through the entire process.

Chris then asked one of the wonderful office staff Sonora to schedule the installation "A Team" , Griffin and Brent to handle our system. These two tackled the inside and outside aspect of the install simultaneously without any delay. Even when they were taking breaks we were assured that they had just gotten large chunks of the job done just prior. They worked through a thunderstorm and heavy rain the first day for 9 hours no lapse or need to go back to the shop or run to Home Depot for supplies. The second day they were in and out within about 3 hours, performing tests and redundancies; it all works flawlessly. Both gentlemen were respectful, entering our home with boot covers, consulting us when part of the original plan needed to be modified, and thorough about explaining it all. Our house may not be perfect that this install certainly was. Thank you Chris, Sonora, Brent and Griffin, you were all wonderful!

Easy to work with. Installed a completely new 98% efficient furnace and ac unit. Never had ac before and the furnace was 30 years old. They had to work around the original 60 yr old house construction and a 30-year-old addition construction. This resulted in many challenges which they did with excellent service and attitude of the employees.
