At Jackson Comfort Services, we’ve built our reputation on responsiveness, attention to detail and a personal approach to every job. If you’re not absolutely satisfied with any of our products or services, we’ll refund your payment.
THE JACKSON COMFORT PROMISE
We promise that you will be 100% satisfied with the products and craftsmanship you receive from Jackson Comfort Services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your newly installed equipment, our level of service or the professionalism of our people within two (2) years of the date of installation, we will correct the problem to your satisfaction. If our efforts fall short of your expectations, we will remove the system within thirty (30) days of your request and refund you the entire contract price.

We promise to always respect you and your home. Our technicians will arrive on-time, dressed in a clean, professional uniform. They’ll wear shoe covers, use drop cloths and when finished, will leave your home cleaner than they found it.
Apples to Apples Guarantee
We guarantee that you will not find a comparable installation for less. If you do, we will match it. In fact, we’ll pay you $50! All we ask is to review the competitive proposal, in person, as well as be able to walk you step-by-step through the differences, if there are any.
100% Performance Guarantee
We guarantee the proper performance of every piece of equipment we install. Whether it’s a 0° or 90° day, we promise that you’ll experience no more than a 3-degree temperature variance at your thermostat as compared to your thermostat set point. If your home’s temperature is not properly maintained, we will make any necessary modifications at no charge to you. We guarantee performance for a period of five (5) years as long as your system is maintained annually by Jackson Comfort.
No Lemon Guarantee
In the event you experience a compressor or heat exchanger failure within 1 year of the system’s installation (up to 12 years on premium equipment). We will replace the defective unit with a brand new, current model, FREE of charge.
This guarantee is limited to qualifying equipment, annual maintenance performed by Jackson Comfort is required.
