- Full two years to experience your new system. You get a full two years to experience your new HVAC system, water heater, boiler, sewer repair, or major plumbing installation, any qualifying system or repair we complete. If you're not completely satisfied with its comfort, performance, safety, or reliability, and we cannot make it right, we will remove it and refund your money in full.
- You will always receive clear, upfront pricing before work begins. Any changes due to unforeseen conditions are reviewed and approved by you, the homeowner, before we proceed.
- Price match + $250 for keeping us honest. If you find a written, apples to apples proposal for the same scope and quality at a lower price, we’ll match it, and we’ll pay you $250 for keeping us honest. All we ask is that you share the competing proposal with us in person so we can confirm the scope and walk through any differences.
2 Year Money Back Guarantee. Valid for 24 months from completion (or commissioning/start up). If you believe the system/repair isn’t meeting the agreed performance or safety outcomes, we must be given the opportunity to inspect and make reasonable corrections first. If a refund is approved, it includes everything you paid us for the project (including permits/fees and approved change orders) and will be issued within 30 days after removal (if applicable) and written confirmation of the final refund amount. Third party financing interest/fees are governed by the finance provider.
Safe Installation Guarantee
Your home stays safe, compliant, and protected long after installation.
- Your safety is our top priority before, during, and after the job. We follow strict safety and performance protocols including combustion analysis, gas pressure checks, venting draft tests, low level CO alarms, water leak detectors, surge protectors, and acid neutralizers when applicable.
- Code and manufacturer updates are on us — for two full years. If building codes or manufacturer requirements change within two years and your installation requires an update for compliance or safety, we make those updates at no charge.
Safe Installation Guarantee. Covers safety issues caused by our installation workmanship or configuration. It does not cover preexisting code violations, old/damaged infrastructure, homeowner changes, or other contractors. Code/manufacturer updates are covered for 2 years only when they directly impact the installed work we performed and are required for compliance/safety.
Performance Guarantee
You will never pay twice for performance or reliability issues.
- Your system will perform exactly as promised. That means capacity, airflow, drainage, temperature, pressure, and efficiency. If sizing or performance is off, we fix or replace it at no cost. Examples include rooms not reaching temperature, improper airflow readings, drainage not clearing, or short cycling due to incorrect sizing.
- Premature major component failure? We cover it for one year. If a major component fails prematurely within one year, compressor, heat exchanger, tank, sewer section, or other critical part, we repair or replace it at no cost.
Performance Guarantee. Performance coverage applies to issues tied to our scope (sizing, airflow, drainage/flow, pressure, settings) measured against the agreed scope and manufacturer requirements. For excavation areas, we restore the site to a safe, stable, workable condition. Full cosmetic restoration (new sod, landscaping replacement, or matching preexisting lawn conditions) is not included unless specifically listed in writing.
Workmanship Guarantee
Respect for your home. Pride in our work.
- We will treat your home with the highest level of care. Indoors, we protect floors, driveways, walls, and belongings from start to finish. Outdoors, excavation areas are restored to a safe, stable, and workable condition. Any accidental damage outside the excavation area is repaired at no cost.
- Lifetime workmanship promise. We also stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If an issue arises due to how we installed, assembled, connected, or configured your system, not age, wear, or manufacturer defects, we correct it at no cost, for as long as you live in the home.
Worksmanship Guarantee. Workmanship coverage applies to problems caused by how we installed/assembled/connected/configured, not normal wear, maintenance issues, manufacturer defects, aging equipment, or items outside scope. For excavation areas, we restore the site to a safe, stable, workable condition. Full cosmetic restoration (new sod, landscaping replacement, or matching preexisting lawn conditions) is not included unless specifically listed in writing.
Hotel Room Guarantee
You are never left stranded. You are never left in the dark.
- If we don't arrive as promised, we book the hotel. Your comfort and time matter. If we fail to arrive as promised or cannot complete your project on schedule, and essential services are not restored, we will place you and your family in a hotel at no cost.
- One year of post-install protection. If your heating, cooling, water, or sewer system fails within 1 year after our work and we cannot restore essential services the same day, we will again provide hotel accommodations at no cost until your system is operational.
Hotel Room Guarantee. Applies when essential services are unavailable due to our delay or a covered failure and we cannot restore essential service the same day (heat during cold weather, cooling during extreme heat, running water, or functional sewer/drainage). At our discretion, we may provide restoration, a temporary solution, or reasonable hotel accommodations (up to $150/night for the household) for the household at the service address. Incidentals (food, damages, pet fees, etc.) are not covered. This does not apply to outages caused by utilities, weather, permitting delays, customer scheduling limits, unsafe access, or issues outside our scope.

How the Plan Works
The 5-Star Total Protection Plan applies only to work performed and invoiced by Jackson Comfort at the service address listed on your agreement, and only while your account is current.
You agree to provide safe access (including pets secured and clear work areas). We’re not responsible for delays or impacts caused by events outside our control — weather, utility outages, supply chain issues, or permitting and inspection delays.
We may request reasonable documentation and access to inspect before determining coverage.
Qualifying Work
Guarantees apply to qualifying HVAC system, water heater, boiler, sewer repair, and major plumbing installations and repairs performed and invoiced by Jackson Comfort.
Service Address
Coverage is tied to the service address listed on your agreement and is non-transferrable except as noted in the Workmanship Guarantee (which applies as long as you live in the home).
Outside Our Control
Weather, utility outages, supply chain issues, permitting delays, inspection delays, and customer scheduling limits fall outside the scope of these guarantees.
Inspection & Documentation
We may request reasonable documentation and the opportunity to inspect the work before determining coverage on any claim.
